AI Harms the skills that you do out of obligation but amplifies the skills that you pursue out of curiosity.
I think AI provides the ultimate freedom. Not the ultimate freedom. I think it takes the freedom to another level. It amplifies the freedom that we have. Because until now everyone has to work on jobs, not because of their passion or interest but because of what they learned during their childhood or school or college days. Learning something different took a lot of time, and even if you had creative ideas, implementing those was a very big task. But with AI, the layout has shifted completely. You can learn whatever you want, even things that you never knew you wanted to learn; you might end up learning. Because every time a question or a curious thought enters your mind, you can now get the answer. You don’t have to wait for it. You don’t have to allocate time for this or anything. You can just get the answer in a matter of minutes. You can go deeper as much as you want or stop as you want, or you get the ability to cherry‑pick what you want, in which ideologies, in which topics you want to go deeper. And this freedom was lacking until now.om
Atrophy means wasting away due to inactivity. There are multiple reasons for atrophy, like aging, malnutrition, and disease.
I have been capitalising on AI since 2021. I got selected for the GitHub copilot preview in 2022, and has been using AI for for code completion for a long time.
This is an optimistic and competitive, take on how to regain your cognitive abilities
In software engineering, the hardest part has always been reviewing someone else’s code When you try to review someone’s code, you have to read and understand it in order to understand that you need to understand their preference, their way of thinking, which is the most difficult thing To someone else, and why they the things the way they did

Now we have been developed in the game instead of facing one boss at hundred million, we are facing hundred boss at the same time. We are essentially level up in the game with extraordinary powers to face. Excalibur sword.
Now it is upon to use the students and fight battles
Use ai to augment your thinking and not delegating
I have been under the impression that AI is reducing our cognitive abilities, but after reading and listening to a podcast from the Diary of a CEO, I realized that it is not necessarily the case. The host of that episode, sorry, the guest of that episode who is a famous neuroscientist or neurologist professor—I don’t remember exactly—said that AI has helped him very much. He said it helps answer your curiosity, so in work life it may affect your cognition. It may not totally affect your entire cognition, but it might affect the skills, learning, or expertise of the domain in your day-to-day work. It may reduce that, but in truly novel things where you have genuine interest, it actually helps you build talent in those areas. So I believe that AI is a force for good and evil. Like anything in the world, it is neutral. The way I want the world to move forward, how I envision it, is that people who care about what they do will do better at what they do, and people who are working in a job that they are not interested in will move to jobs that they are actually interested in. So I think AI will be a force for good.
