Write even if you feel everything worth saying has already been said.
You might feel that anything you write about has already been said a 100x better by the experts in those domain. That is probably true. You don’t have to write new novel thoughts.
Then what is the reason to write?

This is the most important reason you should write. Writing has always been taught as a form of communication. That is not entirely true, It is not just a form of communication but the most powerful tool for thinking.
It helps you reason things out step by step. It helps you find gaps in your understanding. It helps you sit with your questions, the gaps in your understanding in a way that thinking without it never could.
